Over the past two days, more than 50 employees participated in employability sessions organized by Falcon Green, The Forge Park Royal, and the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham (LBHF) Libraries.

Our colleagues Beatriz Rodas from Falcon Green and Cassandra Hamilton from the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) led a workshop with 25 participants from Matches. The session focused on building confidence, crafting an effective CV, and leveraging LinkedIn for job hunting.

Beatriz Rodas also shared valuable insights on LinkedIn and highlighted the diverse range of career opportunities available in the construction sector.
