At Falcon Green, we marked International Women’s Day with a renewed commitment to inclusion and gender equality across the construction industry.

This year’s campaign highlighted the importance of creating fair opportunities at every level—from recruitment to leadership. We recognise that not everyone starts from the same place, and while progress has been made, there’s still work to do.

Our internal initiatives are designed to support real change—from mentoring schemes and inclusive hiring practices to supporting women returning to work or entering the industry for the first time.
