We are currently recruiting for an experienced Planner to join a leading UK developer on a landmark, multi-phase residential scheme of up to 3,000 units. This is a site-based role, offering the opportunity to be embedded in one of the region’s most significant long-term developments.
You will play a key role in the planning and delivery of a complex, large-scale project from early phases through to completion. Working closely with construction, commercial and design teams, you will ensure programmes are robust, realistic and aligned with project milestones.
Develop, manage and update detailed construction programmes for a major multi-phase scheme
Monitor progress, identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation strategies
Work closely with site teams, subcontractors and senior management
Produce regular programme reports and progress updates
Support short-term and long-term planning across multiple workstreams
Proven experience as a Planner on large residential or mixed-use developments
Strong working knowledge of planning software (Asta Powerproject / P6 or similar)
Experience working on complex, phased projects
Confident communicator with the ability to work site-based in a fast-paced environment
Background with a main contractor or developer preferred
Opportunity to work for a major developer on a flagship scheme
