We are recruiting on behalf of an international tier 1 general contractor focusing on delivery of hyperscale data centre projects across Europe. Falcon Green have partnered with an international tier 1 contractor that specialises in the delivery of modern-day mission critical and data centre infrastructure across Europe, in their search for a MEP Commercial Lead for a brand new data centre project in Amsterdam. Due to a large increase in project pipeline and recent company growth in the area, they are now expanding their commercial team and require someone confident in leading a €500m+ scheme.
In terms of experience, someone coming from a data centre background is advantageous however not a necessity. Project delivery ability, proven track record, commercial awareness and people management ability is key.
You will be working for a market leading contractor that operates a diverse business model and demands modern health and safety and employee engagement practises. With the order book full for several years in Central Europe, there is excellent scope for a credible Commercial Lead to step into a Business Unit Lead role after successfully delivering this project.

• Point of contact for any commercial issue
• Management of procurement
• Oversee all subcontract accounts
• Foresight on any potential issues or risks
• Turnover and cash flow forecasting
• Ensure project is delivered commercially in line with group policies
• Chair meetings with client and senior management
• Relevant 3rd level commercial qualifications
• MEP bias
• 5+ years in a Senior or lead role
• Data centre contractor or main contractor experience desirable
• EU Right to Work status
