Logistics Manager

You will be sole logistics manager, ensuring smooth running of site and following H&S. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating all site logistics, including deliveries and waste management
Maintaining site cleanliness, overseeing storage areas and ensuring access routes are clear and safe
Ensuring that site logistics plans and traffic management systems are being followed
Liaising with sub-contractors and site teams to ensure timely logistics support
Preferably coordinating tower crane activities and lifts with relevant qualifications
Managing a team of logistics operatives and labourers as required

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Logistics Manager on large residential or mixed-use schemes
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience managing waste, deliveries, and access on busy sites
Crane coordination experience highly desirable
Valid CSCS card, SMSTS & First Aid
CPCS (Crane Supervisor or Appointed Person) a plus
