The Role

  • Supporting the commercial management of a major residential development
  • Managing subcontractor procurement and package management
  • Assisting with valuations, variations, and cost reporting
  • Monitoring budgets and forecasting project spend
  • Working closely with site and technical teams throughout delivery
  • Supporting monthly CVRs and financial reporting
  • Assisting in driving commercial performance across the scheme

Requirements

  • 4–5 years’ experience within Quantity Surveying
  • Residential experience with a developer or main contractor preferred
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar construction discipline
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ambitious and career-driven mindset
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced project environment
