The Role
- Supporting the commercial management of a major residential development
- Managing subcontractor procurement and package management
- Assisting with valuations, variations, and cost reporting
- Monitoring budgets and forecasting project spend
- Working closely with site and technical teams throughout delivery
- Supporting monthly CVRs and financial reporting
- Assisting in driving commercial performance across the scheme
Requirements
- 4–5 years’ experience within Quantity Surveying
- Residential experience with a developer or main contractor preferred
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar construction discipline
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ambitious and career-driven mindset
- Ability to work within a fast-paced project environment
