Finishing Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading residential developer for an experienced Finishing Manager to join their team on a mid-rise apartment project. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the internal works package, with a strong focus on the fit-out of apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate internal fit-out to ensure quality, programme, and safety standards are met.

Manage subcontractors and trades across the snagging and handover stage of the project.

Taking units from second fix, through to customer handover.

Conduct quality inspections and manage snagging processes.

Report progress to the Site Manager and project team.

Finishing Manager Requirements:

Valid CSCS card

SMSTS

First Aid at Work

Proven experience as a Finishing Manager with a main contractor or developer on residential schemes.

Strong track record managing internal fit-out packages.
